  We will confirm your booking by sending you an email.

• Gift Vouchers: Please send us an email letting us know which workshop you would like to be booked into, together with your voucher number. IMPORTANT: Please note that this form is not sent to us if you you do not proceed to payment.

• IMPORTANT: Sorry, but space at the workshop is at a premium and we therefore cannot allocate seats for non participating adults and do not have space for standing observers. We require at least one adult to participate with children as we are not insured or CRB checked for unaccompanied children. Please do not book in children by themselves as they will not be able to take part and as we will have reserved spaces will we also not be able to refund. We have formulated the workshop as a family experience for every age and offer adult flavour options and fresh tea and coffee so we are sure adults enjoy it as much as children.

 

Booking Terms and Conditions

• Places are booked on a first-come-first-served basis upon receipt of a completed booking form and gift voucher for the correct amount, or valid credit/debit card payment.

• If the workshop you have requested is over-subscribed, we will notify you by email and return your cheque/gift voucher by post to the address you have filled in above. We will try to repeat popular classes.

• If there is space in the workshop you have requested, we will send you a booking confirmation by email.

•  Confirmed bookings may not be cancelled in any circumstances. Bookings are, however, freely transferable so you are welcome to send someone else in your place.

• Occasionally we may have to cancel or postpone a class due to unavoidable circumstances or if a class is under-subscribed. In such a case we will notify all confirmed attendees as soon as possible and offer full refunds.
